About the Role
WinProFX, a premier global trading platform, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist in Dubai. The role involves developing social media strategies, creating content for Forex/CFDs, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
- Create, manage, and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives, campaigns, and market trends
- Write engaging social media captions, ad copy, educational content, email campaigns, and promotional messaging
- Create content related to Forex, CFDs, financial markets, trading education, company updates, and product features
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts, reels, stories, carousels, and promotional campaigns
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to improve performance and engagement
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Analyze social media insights and campaign performance, providing recommendations to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions
- Support paid advertising campaigns through compelling copywriting and creative concepts
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other team members to produce high quality marketing materials
- Ensure all content follows the Company's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and compliance requirements
- Utilize AI tools and modern marketing technologies for content ideation, planning, and optimization
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content writing, or a similar role
- Previous experience within the Forex, CFD, Fintech, Financial Services, or Trading industry is highly preferred
- Strong content writing, copywriting, and proofreading skills
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Knowledge of content planning, campaign management, and social media analytics
- Basic understanding of paid advertising and performance marketing
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to transform complex financial concepts into engaging content
- Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage but is not mandatory

Your Role at WinProFX

The Ideal Candidate
