About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new client relationships
- Confidently promote trading solutions
- Achieve sales targets with attractive earning potential
- Support clients throughout their trading journey
- Promote the Company’s products and services mainly by phone, email and social networks
- Train the clients how to use company’s trading systems and products
- Develop strong relationships with prospective clients and partners
- Manage the existing portfolio of clients with the focus of maximizing customer size and trading volume
- Handle new client leads on a daily basis, following up on potential clients and effectively retain existing clients
- Keep up to date with the financial markets on a daily basis
- Follow the guidelines set by the compliance department with regards to processing client documentation
- Meet monthly targets as specified by the Head of Sales
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of sales experience in financial services industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal oriented mindset
- Strong team player, willing to contribute actively within the business
- Strong business acumen with problem solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions/find solutions in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship–building skills
