About the Role

  • WinproFX is a leading global multi asset trading platform.
  • We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager Mandarin to develop and grow our presence within the Chinese market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand new business opportunities within the Chinese market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and professional traders, introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
  • Promote WinproFX's trading products and services through phone calls, email, social media, online meetings, and networking activities.
  • Manage the complete client onboarding journey while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Educate clients on our trading platforms, products, account types, and available services.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to increase client retention, trading activity, and long term business relationships.
  • Follow up on new leads promptly and convert prospects into active trading clients.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient account opening and client support.
  • Stay informed about global financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets set by the Head of Sales.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance and product training within the required timelines.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the Forex, CFD, Financial Services, FinTech, or Capital Markets industry.
  • Existing network of Chinese traders, Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, or financial partners is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Self motivated with a strong sales mindset and proven ability to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative international team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional, customer focused, and solution oriented approach.
