Your role at WinproFX

  • Develop and manage new client relationships
  • Confidently promote trading solutions
  • Achieve sales targets with attractive earning potential
  • Support clients throughout their trading journey
  • Promote the Company’s products and services mainly by phone, email and social networks
  • Train the clients how to use company’s trading systems and products
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective clients and partners
  • Manage the existing portfolio of clients with the focus of maximizing customer size and trading volume
  • Handling new client leads on a daily basis, following up on potential clients and effectively retain existing clients
  • Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers
  • Keep up to date with the financial markets in a daily basis
  • Follow the guidelines set by the compliance department

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least one (1) years of sales experience in financial services industry (forex experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal oriented mindset
  • Strong team player
  • Strong business acumen with problem solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions/find solutions in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship–building skills
