- At least one year of sales experience in financial services industry (forex experience is a plus)

- Support clients throughout their trading journey
- Promote the Company’s products and services mainly by phone, email and social networks
- Train the clients how to use company’s trading systems and products
- Develop strong relationships with prospective clients and partners
- Manage the existing portfolio of clients with the focus of maximizing customer size and trading volume
- Handling new client leads on a daily basis, following up on potential clients and effectively retain existing clients
- Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers
- Keep up to date with the financial markets in a daily basis
- Follow the guidelines set by the compliance department
The Ideal Candidate
- At least one (1) years of sales experience in financial services industry (forex experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal oriented mindset
- Strong team player
- Strong business acumen with problem solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions/find solutions in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship–building skills
