Responsibilities
- Write high quality, story driven YouTube video scripts that drive audience engagement and are structured for AI answer engines
- Launch, scale and grow Equiti Group’s presence on Reddit with authentic, community first posts and comments
- Write clear, engaging social media captions and short scripts for Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
- Research trending topics, audience conversations, and competitor content to inform scripts and captions
- Maintain and uphold Equiti Group’s brand tone of voice across all content
- Work alongside designers, animators, and video producers to bring scripts to life
- Present script, caption, and content concepts to stakeholders and CMO
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously from ideation to final execution
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience writing YouTube scripts, social media captions, or branded content across video, social, and community platforms
- 2+ years experience moderating Reddit and/or growing corporate Reddit threads
- Strong creative and storytelling abilities across YouTube scripts, social captions, and Reddit posts
- Excellent understanding of financial content strategies, video scripting and caption writing
- Knowledge of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles
- Experience in collaborating with designers, video editors, and marketing teams

- Launch, scale and grow Equiti Group’s presence on Reddit. Create authentic, community first Reddit posts and comments.
- Write clear, engaging social media captions and short scripts for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
- Research trending topics, audience conversations, and competitor content, including relevant subreddits and Reddit threads.
- Maintain and uphold Equiti Group’s brand tone of voice, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and compliant.
- Work alongside designers, animators, and video producers to bring scripts to life.
- Present script, caption, and content concepts and final drafts to the Social Content Manager, Head of Brand, project stakeholders, and CMO.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, from ideation to final execution.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong creative and storytelling abilities across YouTube scripts, social captions, and Reddit posts.
- Proven track record of driving YouTube or other video platforms growth through data driven strategies.
- Excellent understanding of financial content strategies, video scripting and caption writing.
- Knowledge of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles.
- Ability to write scripts that align with performance marketing strategies for paid YouTube ads.
- Experience in collaborating with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
- High degree of self motivation and ambition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to fast paced environments.
Experience Requirements
- 4+ years of experience writing YouTube scripts, social media captions, or branded content.
- 2+ years experience moderating Reddit and/or growing corporate Reddit threads.
- Experience working across multinational companies.
- Familiarity with AI search optimization (GEO) and/or building a credible brand presence on Reddit is a strong plus.
- Experience in developing scripts that align with marketing objectives.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of work.
- Comfort with analytics and performance tracking.
