Huda Beauty is looking for a Social Content Producer to own end-to-end production for social channels, creating platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. The role requires 3-6 years of content production experience, preferably in beauty or consumer brands.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end content production across social platforms, from model tutorials and ASMR videos to trending social first formats
- Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, shot lists, call sheets, and content deliverables
- Coordinate photo shoots, video productions, creator collaborations, and behind the scenes content capture
- Manage production vendors, photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, talent, and agencies
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, creative direction, and business objectives
- Produce platform native content optimised for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels
- Support development of short form video, tutorials, product demonstrations, trend driven content, and educational beauty content
- Own the production calendar and manage workflow from concept through final delivery
- Track deadlines, approvals, and team content creation needs to ensure on time delivery
- Maintain organised asset libraries and content management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Journalism, or a related field
- 3 6 years of experience in content production, digital marketing, creative production, or a related role
- Experience producing content for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with external agencies, creators, and production partners
- Experience within the beauty or cosmetics industry
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator partnerships
- Familiarity with content management systems and project management tools
- Understanding of photography, videography, editing, and post production workflows

- As our Social Content Producer, you'll own end to end production for Huda Beauty's social channels, turning creative vision into content that stops thumbs and builds community.
- You'll sit at the intersection of storytelling, brand, and execution, partnering across teams to deliver content that's on brief, on brand, and built for performance.
