- Lead global marketing strategy and execution for fragrance portfolio, developing breakthrough 360 launch campaigns
- Own end to end marketing development of new fragrance launches and core franchise support
- Develop compelling fragrance positioning and consumer narratives across all channels
- Lead development of global launch toolkits including campaign messaging, visual identity, and assets
- Develop innovative consumer experiences for fragrance discovery
- Collaborate with Creative, Commercial, Education, Digital, PR, Social, and Regional Marketing teams
- Own creative briefing and campaign development
- Build annual launch calendars and integrated marketing plans
- Analyze fragrance market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior
- Monitor campaign performance and synthesize post launch learnings
Requirements
- Proven track record in building and launching successful fragrance brands and campaigns within prestige beauty or luxury fragrance industry
- Deep expertise in fragrance storytelling, consumer positioning, and integrated 360 marketing strategies
- Exceptional project management and cross functional leadership skills
- Experience in developing global launch toolkits and campaign assets
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead global marketing strategy and execution for fragrance portfolio, developing breakthrough 360 launch campaigns.
- Own end to end marketing development of new fragrance launches and core franchise support.
- Develop compelling fragrance positioning by translating olfactive compositions into engaging consumer narratives.
- Define strategic consumer, positioning, messaging hierarchy, campaign architecture, and key selling points.
- Lead development of global launch toolkits including campaign messaging, visual identity, paid media assets, etc.
- Develop innovative consumer experiences that elevate fragrance discovery.
- Collaborate with Creative, Commercial, Education, Digital, PR, Social, and Regional Marketing teams.
- Own creative briefing and campaign development.
- Build annual launch calendars and integrated marketing plans.
- Analyze fragrance market trends, competitive activity, consumer behavior, and cultural shifts.
- Monitor campaign performance and synthesize post launch learnings.
- Lead cross functional project management for timely delivery.
