- The Personal Assistant provides high level executive and administrative support to the CMO, while acting as a central point of coordination for the Marketing Leadership Team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CMO, internal teams and external partners.
- Proactively manage the CMO's calendar, balancing business priorities, international time zones and changing schedules.
- Coordinate presentations, meeting materials and executive documents.
- Organize domestic and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and submit monthly expense reports.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Provide administrative and personal support to maximize the CMO's effectiveness.
- Be a trusted point of contact for the Marketing Team. Keep the department organized, connected and engaged. Foster collaboration and effective communication.
- Coordinate department meetings, business reviews, planning sessions, workshops and key milestones. Coordinate logistics and distribute pre read materials.
- Synchronize marketing department calendars across multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient scheduling and alignment.
