About the Role
Huda Beauty is seeking a PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will support the Communications team in building influencer relationships, coordinating campaigns, and managing PR activities.

Responsibilities
- Support the team in building and nurturing relationships with influencers, press, and PR agencies.
- Provide administrative support including organizing influencer data and managing the PR closet.
- Assist in researching and identifying influencers aligned with brand values.
- Support outreach to influencers and help schedule collaborations and campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns including tracking deliverables and results.
- Monitor media and social media content and engage with influencer communities.
- Liaise with cross departmental teams such as Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor influencer efforts.
- Assist at PR events and activations including influencer and press events.

Summary
- As a PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist, you'll support the Communications team across all PR and influencer marketing initiatives, helping to build, grow, and engage our influencer community.
- This role is a 6 month fixed term contract role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Support the team in building and nurturing relationships with influencers, press, and PR agencies.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the Influencer/PR team, including organising and updating influencer related data and files.
- Research and Identify Influencers: Assist in researching and identifying influencers who align with the brand's values and target audience.
- Outreach and Engagement: Support outreach to influencers under the guidance of the team.
- Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Media Monitoring: Monitor content across media and social media platforms and engage with influencer communities.
- Cross Departmental Collaboration: Support the team in liaising with other departments as needed.
- Market Research: Help with research on industry trends and competitor influencer marketing efforts.
- Event Support: Assist at all PR events and activations, including influencer events, press events, and press/influencer trips.
