Role Summary
Oversee and execute on-site fit-out activities safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, project stakeholders, and factory teams through execution and handover.
The role requires site-based supervision, reporting, quality control, safety enforcement, and close-out management.
Site Execution and Planning
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site surveys and set out or mark interior finishes.
- Plan, organize, and delegate work to foremen, chargehands, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and take corrective action.
- Prepare work programs, project schedules, daily reports, and photographic records.
Coordination and Stakeholders
- Coordinate civil, joinery, MEP, finishing, subcontractor, supplier, consultant, landlord, client, and factory activities.
- Attend site meetings and follow up on action points.
- Coordinate production and delivery of joinery items with factory teams.
