The KSA office is located in Riyadh, with projects across the country.
Role Summary
The Business Development Manager will develop new client relationships and strengthen existing relationships.
The role will position the company's capabilities for future client development projects.
The role focuses strategically on expanding commercial office fit-out opportunities.
Business Development
- Prospect for potential new clients and convert opportunities into increased business.
- Research clients, projects, selected sectors, markets, and competitive challenges.
- Build relationships with clients, designers, consultants, and other work providers.
- Compile opportunity pipelines and action plans using internal and external tools.
- Develop client-focused proposals with project teams and arrange decision-maker meetings.
- Handle objections and negotiate toward positive conclusions.
