Role Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and executing all on-site fit-out activities, ensuring that works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
The role requires effective coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful handover.
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Conduct daily site surveys and set out/mark interior finishes
- Plan, organize, and delegate tasks to foremen, chargehands, and subcontractors
- Monitor work progress against the project schedule and take corrective action where required
Planning & Reporting
- Prepare and detailed work programs and project schedules (MS Project)
- Maintain accurate daily site reports, including progress updates and photographic records
- Report progress, risks, and issues regularly to the Project Manager
- Track productivity and ensure efficient use of resources
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with all trades including civil, joinery, MEP, and finishing works
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, mall management, landlords, and clients
- Attend site meetings and ensure timely follow-up and closure of action points
- Coordinate with factory teams for production and delivery of joinery items
