About the Role
The Fit-Out Site Engineer is responsible for day-to-day execution and supervision of interior fit-out works.
The role coordinates site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, MEP works, and finishing activities through snagging and final handover.
Projects must follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.
Site Execution and Supervision
- Supervise daily fit-out activities and maintain the proper sequence of work.
- Oversee flooring, tiling, ceilings, partitions, painting, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, doors, and other finishes.
- Verify site measurements and actual conditions before fabrication and installation.
- Identify execution issues, coordinate corrective actions, and track project milestones.
