Role Overview

Accounts Payable Processing

• Process and post vendor invoices accurately in SAP using MIRO.
• Execute advance payments using F-47.
• Run vendor payments using F110.
• Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts using FBL1N.
• Ensure postings are properly supported and documented.

GR/IR Clearing

• Review and clear GR/IR accounts.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to obtain missing supporting documents.
• Follow up on pending goods receipt versus invoice discrepancies.
• Resolve unmatched transactions in a timely manner.

Petty Cash and Expenses

• Post petty cash transactions.
• Verify expense documentation and compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.

Vendor Communication

• Manage high volumes of vendor emails and payment inquiries.
• Follow up on pending approvals and missing documentation.
• Maintain professional communication through Outlook.

Compliance and Controls

• Ensure adherence to internal control policies.
• Support audit requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for all accounts payable transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high transaction-volume environment.
• Exposure to retail, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar sector.
• Comfort handling large volumes of invoices and follow-ups.
• Two to three years of accounts payable experience.
• Strong SAP experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
