About This Role
- Conduct regular occupational health assessments and surveillance on site.
- Conduct planned medical activities and emergency drills.
- Provide immediate first aid and medical care for injuries and emergencies.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to develop and implement safety protocols.
- Monitor and promote the general health and well-being of the workforce.
- Manage and maintain health records for all site personnel.
- Conduct occupational health and safety training sessions for workers.
- Collaborate with external medical professionals and services when necessary.
- Stay current with occupational health and safety standards and regulations.
- Submit weekly and monthly occupational health and safety reports covering cases and injuries.
- Supervise trained first aiders and collaborate with the emergency response team.
- Advise on the implementation of preventive health measures.
Experience and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is required.
- Professional certification, nursing license, or relevant OSH training is preferred.
