Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed engineering and utility drawings for NOC applications and authority approvals.
Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, authority regulations, engineering standards, and company procedures.
Support project teams in obtaining timely approvals for construction and infrastructure works.
Responsibilities
- Lead landscaping NOC drawings and authority submission packages.
- Support permit and NOC approval activities for project teams.
- Review drawing revisions and updates.
- Develop utility coordination drawings for existing and proposed services.
- Produce authority submission and revised drawings based on comments.
- Prepare submission packages for municipal and utility authorities.
- Address comments from authorities and consultants.
- Maintain records and electronic files for submissions, approvals, revisions, and related documents.
- Generate as-built drawings and support project close-out documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong knowledge of landscape, irrigation, electrical, drainage, and utility services.
- Experience preparing NOC, shop, construction, and as-built drawings.
- 7-10 years of overall drafting and design experience in construction, infrastructure, or landscaping.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Draughtsman or CAD Draughtsman in landscaping, infrastructure, or construction.
- Expertise in NOC approvals, landscape and utility drafting, authority coordination, AutoCAD or Civil 3D, quality assurance, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Landscape industry experience.
