Job Purpose
Support the successful execution of construction or landscape projects.
Coordinate project activities, timelines, budgets, quality standards, team communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Contribute to project success and client satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocations in collaboration with the project team.
- Coordinate project team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support project objectives.
- Maintain project plans, permits, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist with monitoring project budgets and tracking expenses.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes.
- Identify risks and work proactively to mitigate them.
- Act as a liaison with clients, provide progress updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction or landscape industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
