Join the team as a detail-oriented Mechanical Inspector - Site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Conduct mechanical inspections at construction and industrial sites across the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Inspect mechanical equipment, systems, components, piping, HVAC installations, and industrial machinery.
- Verify quality, safety, and compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and potential issues.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Verify corrective actions are implemented effectively and on time.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise.
- Follow safety protocols during all site activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (7) years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and industry trade practices.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Multitasking, prioritization, project planning, time management, and task management skills.
- Experience coordinating with contractors and stakeholders on-site.
- Team-oriented, proactive, organized, and solutions-focused approach.
