Role Overview
The Master Planner supports master planning and urban design projects, particularly within the UAE.
The role requires 5–7 years of professional experience and involves planning layouts, multidisciplinary coordination, and authority submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare master planning layouts, land-use plans, urban design drawings, diagrams, presentations, and reports.
- Develop technical packages using Revit and AutoCAD and prepare MPLS and related authority submission documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, landscape designers, and other disciplines on project delivery.
- Conduct site analysis, zoning reviews, and development control checks.
- Follow up on UAE planning approvals, incorporate authority comments, and revise plans.
- Support senior planners from concept through approval stages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant master planning or urban design experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MPLS, and planning documentation.
- Some UAE planning approvals experience is required; Dubai or Abu Dhabi experience is preferred.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC region and familiarity with regional planning regulations are listed qualifications.
- Ability to coordinate across disciplines and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are required.
- The role requires effective collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams.
