Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of swimming coaching experience
- Driving licence
- Recognized swimming coaching qualification (ASA/Swim England Level 2 or equivalent)
- Valid First Aid certification
- Experience working with children and youth swimmers
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Lead to oversee the daily operation of one of our swimming programs.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, team leadership, customer service, program quality, and ensuring a safe and professional environment.

- Lead and deliver high quality swimming lessons.
