- Previous experience operating Bobcat or similar machinery on construction sites
- Good understanding of construction site safety standards
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and dusty environments

Summary
- The Bobcat Operator is responsible for operating skid steer loaders (Bobcat machines) to perform excavation, loading, material handling, leveling, and site preparation tasks on construction sites in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Bobcat/skid steer loader safely for construction site activities such as digging, loading, grading, and leveling
- Transport materials like sand, gravel, soil, debris, and construction waste within the site
- Assist in site preparation including clearing, leveling, and backfilling work areas
- Perform minor excavation and trenching tasks as required
- Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
- Carry out daily inspection of the machine (fuel, oil, hydraulics, tires/tracks) before operation
- Ensure the equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any faults or breakdowns immediately
- Follow all site safety rules, traffic management plans, and HSE regulations
- Coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, and other heavy equipment operators for smooth workflow
- Maintain cleanliness of the machine and ensure safe parking after work hours
- Support general labor work when machine operation is not required
- Ensure efficient fuel usage and proper handling of machinery to avoid damage
Requirements
- Valid Bobcat / skid steer operator license or heavy equipment license (as per UAE/local regulations)
- Previous experience operating Bobcat or similar machinery in construction sites
- Good understanding of construction site safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and dusty environments
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety checks
