The employer is hiring a Site / Factory Supervisor for an assigned factory in Bangalore.
The role involves supervising production, workers, and daily factory operations.
The work mode is on-site and factory-based, with no travel required.
Compensation
- Salary is ₹22,000 per month.
Schedule
- The stated working shift is 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production and ongoing work at the assigned factory.
- Monitor workers and ensure work is carried out properly.
- Manage daily site and factory activities and operations.
- Coordinate with workers and the project team.
- Identify and handle routine site-level issues.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations.
