Data Scientist role focused on time-series forecasting for demand, sales, and supply chain use cases.
The position requires 2–5 years of experience and hands-on experience in data science and forecasting.
Work Mode
- Work from office in Hyderabad for six days per week.
- Interviews are face-to-face only; virtual interviews are not offered.
Schedule
- General shift timing.
Compensation
- Annual CTC is ₹12–15 LPA.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale time-series forecasting models for demand, sales, and supply chain.
- Analyze large historical datasets and identify trends.
- Experiment with machine learning and statistical algorithms to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Deploy and monitor models in production.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to drive data-led decisions.
Must-Have Skills
- Python or R and SQL.
- Time-series forecasting, ARIMA, and exponential smoothing.
- Prophet, XGBoost or LightGBM, pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
- MLflow or a similar tracking tool.
- LSTM or RNN experience is a plus.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant hands-on experience in data science and forecasting is required.
