Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for GRC/IRM processes.
- Define functional and technical requirements with stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, discussions, and gap analysis.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects on solution design.
- Support risk management, policy and compliance, and audit management.
- Support UAT, defect analysis, sign-offs, data migration, reporting, and dashboards.
- Prepare SOPs and project documentation.
- Provide go-live and hypercare support.
- Maintain alignment with governance and compliance requirements.
Mandatory skills
- ServiceNow GRC/IRM, business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, stakeholder management, and risk and compliance management.
Good-to-have skills
- ServiceNow ITSM covering incident, change, problem, and request processes.
- ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
- Agile or Scrum methodology.
- Global delivery or client-facing experience.
- ServiceNow CSA or CIS-IRM/GRC certification.
Compensation
- Compensation is listed as 15-20 LPA, meaning lakh per annum.
Work mode
- The stated work mode is hybrid.
