Overview
- As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising and executing on site construction activities for a new project in Abu Dhabi.
- You’ll coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and support the planning of activities concerned with the operation and construction and determine labor and material requirements to meet project deadlines.
- Manage workers and monitor the functioning of loaders for the backfilling of buildings to match the compaction test.
- Coordinate and communicate the drawings with workers for woodwork in order to get required approvals and avoid discrepancies.
- Draft progress reports and variation reports to ensure an accurate information system.
- Intervene, when needed, to monitor compliance with standards and client expectations.
- Conduct maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, or supply of materials required to maintain machines or equipment in the prescribed condition.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 3 7 years of relevant experience in UAE.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Proficiency in CAD software Autodesk AutoCAD.
