About the Role

Responsibilities
- Draft project plans based on quality assurance templates to create the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to determine quality control team requirements for upcoming projects
- Communicate and distribute all project documentation to ensure the QC team is aligned
- Review all technical requirements and prices of third party labs to advise the technical office
- Liaise with selected third party laboratories to ensure they receive necessary information
- Review the QC team’s list of inspections and ensure ITPs align with schedules
- Arrange and conduct quality meetings with stakeholders to discuss quality related matters
- Coordinate with the construction team to receive and review method statements for QC approval
- Participate in preparatory meetings for ongoing projects to ensure documentation alignment
- Liaise with the construction team to receive and approve mock ups
- Review all measuring requirements to ensure equipment has valid calibration and certification
- Review all issued Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) to confirm validity and track progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial level
- UAE local market experience is mandatory
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage
- PMP certification is an advantage

Job Overview
- The Project Quality Control Manager is responsible for leading and managing all QA/QC activities across construction projects in the UAE, ensuring compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, TAQA standards, and applicable codes.

Job Requirements
