- Lead and manage all project phases from planning through completion
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and oversee project execution
- Monitor project progress, budgets, costs, and resource utilization
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate contract execution
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Prepare and present project progress reports and cost updates
- Review and manage variation orders, change requests, and project risks
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve project issues
- Oversee project close out activities, including testing, commissioning, handover documentation, and final project completion
- Build, lead, and motivate multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 12+ years of relevant experience in construction project management
- Proven UAE experience managing finishing, hospitality/tourism, and commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, and construction methodologies
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- CCP and/or PSP certifications are an added advantage
