Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all on site construction activities for commercial building projects, ensuring timely and high quality project delivery.
- Manage daily site operations, including subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource utilization, implementing corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with Technical Office, QA/QC, Planning, MEP, and HSE teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, QHSE standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience in construction
- At least 5 years in the UAE managing commercial building projects
- Proven experience in high end finishing works
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and QHSE standards
- Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- PMP certification is an advantage

Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Construction/Site Manager with a proven track record in the UAE, particularly in commercial and tourism related building projects to lead all on site construction activities from planning through project handover.
