Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day to day construction activities on site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor the progress of villa and apartment construction works and report updates to the Project Manager
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Review technical drawings, resolve site related issues, and provide technical guidance to site personnel
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
- Verify material quantities, monitor material usage, and coordinate material deliveries
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Attend site meetings with consultants and clients as required
- Coordinate inspections and ensure timely closure of snagging and punch list items
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction/contracting industry
- Hands on experience managing villa and apartment construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site execution, and quality control
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Summary
