About the Role

- Partner with technology teams to enhance digital platforms and marketplace tools
- Build, mentor, and lead high performing teams across digital marketing, e commerce operations, and marketplace management
- Work closely with marketing, IT, finance, supply chain, and other business functions

- 15+ years of experience in e commerce leadership, digital commerce, or marketplace growth roles
- Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving significant GMV growth
- MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
