Role Overview

  • The ideal candidate will support project managers in delivering real estate development projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating project schedules, meetings, and documentation.
  • Tracking project progress and preparing status reports.
  • Coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Maintaining project records, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Monitoring risks, action items, and project milestones.
  • Supporting procurement and contract administration.
  • Assisting the Project Manager with day to day project execution.

Key Skills

  • Experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or real estate.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
