The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office by managing administrative activities, coordinating facilities, supervising support staff, and maintaining smooth office operations while providing executive and departmental support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and operational activities.
- Supervise reception, administration, and office support staff.
- Coordinate office facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate events.
- Support senior management with administrative and executive tasks.
- Monitor office budgets and approve routine expenditures.
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate employee on boarding logistics and office access.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and country's regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum
- 5 years
- of Office Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience managing vendors and office facilities.
