About the Role
TXM Solutions is hiring a Civil Site Engineer for a project in Sharjah. You will manage and supervise all civil works, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure construction activities meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all civil construction activities at site, including allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Oversee and ensure proper execution of shoring, dewatering, excavation, and backfilling operations
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring correct implementation on site
- Monitor progress of work, manpower, materials, and equipment usage, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for approvals, inspections, and day to day requirements
- Attend site and coordination meetings, prepare progress reports, and highlight issues or delays with recovery plans
- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials and equipment
- Prepare quantity take offs, bar bending schedules, and material requisitions as required
- Maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports, inspection requests (WIR/MIR), and quality records
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved method statements, quality plans, and safety standards
- Provide technical guidance to site teams and ensure high standards of workmanship and quality
- Collaborate with planning and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 6 years of working experience in the UAE/GCC in construction of water/waste water infrastructure projects including pumping stations & treatment plants
- Proven experience in RCC works, underground structures, shoring and dewatering
- Familiarity with local authority standards and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project/Primavera
- Valid UAE driving license
- Good written and verbal communication in English & Hindi (Arabic preferred)

Job Brief
- We are looking for an accountable Civil Site Engineer to be responsible for managing and supervising all civil works at the project site.
