- Generate new leads and acquire customers for private label and contract manufacturing services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with perfume brands, distributors, retailers, and entrepreneurs
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long term clients
- Present the company's manufacturing capabilities and customized private label solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from inquiry to production
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to promote services
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or private label sales within a perfume manufacturing or contract manufacturing company
- Proven experience in generating leads and acquiring new customers for private label perfume manufacturing
- Strong understanding of the fragrance and perfume manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
