Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and obtain necessary approvals
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Monitor quality control and health & safety standards at the site
- Review technical drawings, plans, and quantities to ensure accuracy
- Assist in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and site related issues
- Attend project meetings and liaise with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
- DM Certified Engineer (mandatory – attach valid certificate)
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in real estate development or construction
- Experience working with leading developers or contractors in the UAE
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
