- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements including JV agreements and sales and purchase agreements
- Provide legal support on real estate transactions ensuring compliance with UAE laws
- Manage litigation and disputes related to real estate projects working with law firms and internal stakeholders
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed advice to the group legal director
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and minimize legal risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university
- 3 7 years of experience in real estate law with focus on transactional and litigation work
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, particularly in real estate development
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
