Company Context
The employer is a contracting firm based in Abu Dhabi delivering civil construction, MEP, and luxury fit-out projects across the UAE.
Job Purpose
Supervise daily civil and structural works on site to ensure execution meets approved shop drawings, project timelines, and Abu Dhabi Municipality standards.
Site Execution
- Direct structural, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works according to approved drawings.
- Conduct WIR and MIR site inspections with consultants to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to clear structural openings and sleeves before concrete pours and wall closures.
- Lead on-site labor and subcontractors to maintain productivity and safety compliance.
- Monitor daily progress against the baseline schedule and address delays early.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Requires 4–7 years of UAE experience; Abu Dhabi experience is preferred.
- Requires strong drawing review skills using AutoCAD.
- Requires familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations.
