Role Overview
Manage and coordinate MEP and interior fit-out activities across assigned projects.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
Project Planning and Coordination
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents for MEP and fit-out scope.
- Prepare project schedules, method statements, and material submittals.
- Coordinate MEP, civil, and fit-out trades to prevent clashes.
- Lead site coordination and progress meetings with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Execution and Site Supervision
- Supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and low-current site activities.
- Oversee partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, painting, and other fit-out finishes.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, codes, and authority requirements.
- Monitor progress against the program and address delays.
Quality, Health and Safety
- Enforce QA/QC procedures, conduct inspections, and raise and close inspection requests.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies.
