Senior Estimation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineers specializing in Civil, MEP, HVAC and Fitout projects to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost estimation, project tendering, and budget management for construction and interior fitout projects.

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for civil and fitout projects, ensuring accuracy, and managing project budgets.

The role requires close collaboration with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure all estimates align with client expectations and project specifications.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Evaluate and price materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts for competitive tenders and bids.
• Work closely with project teams to understand project scope and timelines.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions, including technical and commercial proposals.
• Review and update cost estimates to ensure they reflect the latest market rates and project demands.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Track project costs and ensure adherence to the estimated budgets.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
