Role Overview
The Sales Specialist will represent the company, meet with clients, and drive business growth.
The role focuses on building client relationships and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective and existing clients to present products and services.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify business opportunities and generate leads.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate sales and client interaction records.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of sales or client-facing experience is required.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Fluent English is required, while Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills are required.
