Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Document Controller** to manage and maintain accurate records of company and project documentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling both electronic and hard copy documents, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting project teams through efficient document control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Control and manage company and project documentation
- Implement, follow, and continuously improve document control procedures
- Ensure all documentation complies with formal requirements and quality standards
- Sort, store, and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Produce document progress reports for senior management
- Conduct regular document reviews and audits
- Organize and distribute documents using digital systems
- Support project teams during planning and execution phases
- Ensure timely sharing of documents to facilitate smooth project delivery
Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with **ACONEX** & **UNIFIER** is mandatory
- Excellent command of the English language
Experience Requirements
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in document control after graduation
- Proven experience within an **architectural, engineering, or consultancy environment**
- Prior experience with reputable architecture practices or engineering consultancy firms is preferred
