- Lead the design of high end hospitality and residential interior projects
- Develop compelling design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and FF&E strategies alongside the FF&E Manager
- Produce high quality presentations and client deliverables
- Prepare space planning, layouts and design documentation
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and specialist suppliers
- Guide and mentor junior designers within the studio
- Review design intent throughout project development and coordinate with Revit production teams
- Work collaboratively with visualisation teams to produce high quality presentations and imagery
- Attend client meetings, workshops and design presentations
- Ensure projects are delivered to design standards, programme and quality expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 10–12 years of professional experience within a recognised design consultancy
- Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury residential and hospitality interiors
- Excellent concept design, space planning and detailing skills
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E and bespoke joinery
- Good understanding of Revit workflows and BIM coordination
- Proficient in SketchUp for rapid design development and modelling
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent spoken and written English

Role Overview
- We are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer with a strong design portfolio and proven experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects. - Experience preparing professional client presentations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
