Role Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell prepaid and postpaid SIM cards, mobile plans, internet, and telecom services.
• Conduct outdoor and field sales and approach potential customers directly.
• Generate leads through door-to-door sales, networking, and assigned locations.
• Explain plans, offers, prices, benefits, and promotions to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable telecom packages.
• Complete SIM registration, KYC, documentation, and onboarding accurately.
• Follow up until activation and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales.
• Build customer relationships and report sales performance to the supervisor.
• Follow company policies and UAE telecom regulations.

Requirements

• Previous telecom, SIM card, retail, direct, or outdoor sales experience is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
• Good English communication skills are required; Hindi, Arabic, or Urdu is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills are required.
• The candidate must be willing to work outdoors and travel within assigned areas.
• Basic smartphone and reporting or CRM skills are required.

Compensation

• Fixed salary plus accommodation and commission or incentives.
• Visa and other benefits may be provided depending on the employer.
• Pay is listed as AED 2,000 to AED 21,000 per month.

Work Location

• Work is conducted in person and includes outdoor or field sales.
