Position Objective
Serve as the data and intelligence engine of the commercial team.
Transform raw market data into actionable insights for forecasting, territory design, performance management, and commercial decisions.
Own the accuracy and evidence base of commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and analyze the IQVIA data package to identify market trends, competitive threats, and portfolio growth opportunities.
- Develop and validate the Optimum Forecast model.
- Build data-driven sales forecasts for launch products and future pipeline assets.
- Use IQVIA and other data sources to map sales potential across the Kingdom.
- Design and propose balanced, high-opportunity territories for the Key Account Manager team.
- Develop and manage commercial performance dashboards.
- Track Key Performance Indicators for the Key Account Manager team after launch.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the go-to-market committee.
- Provide analytical support to the Associate Director, Business Development and Sales, and the Product Manager.
- Support brand planning, business reviews, and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, or commercial excellence within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Hands-on expertise with IQVIA data is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Pay
- Compensation is 23,000–25,000 Saudi riyals per month.
Additional Experience Requirements
- At least three years of Business Analyst experience.
- At least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- At least three years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
- At least two years of experience with IQVIA data.
- Arabic as a native language.
