Job Overview
Own the total commercial and operational performance of the showroom and wider retail sales activity, including pop-ups and events during the pre-showroom phase.
Deliver sales volume, gross profit, customer experience, team development, stock presentation, deal governance, and brand standards.
Establish sales processes, disciplines, and standards from the ground up for a new business.
Sales and Commercial Management
- Deliver monthly and annual targets across showroom, pop-up, and digital channels.
- Set consultant targets and manage pipeline, conversion, and closing ratios.
- Manage pricing, discounts, and trade-in valuations within delegated authority.
Leadership and Customer Experience
- Lead and develop sales consultants, the Product Expert, and front-of-house team.
- Conduct briefings, reviews, appraisals, roster planning, and training coordination.
- Own the customer journey, resolve escalations, monitor satisfaction, and enforce CRM follow-up standards.
