Job Overview
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and visitors and supports the customer experience from arrival.
The role covers front-of-house reception, telephone and enquiry handling, lead capture and routing, appointment coordination, and showroom administration.
Front of House and Enquiries
- Greet customers and visitors, establish the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate consultant or department.
- Maintain hospitality standards, customer comfort, reception presentation, and visible waiting-time information.
- Answer incoming calls, route them accurately, and take clear messages when recipients are unavailable.
- Respond to general enquiries and escalate detailed product or pricing questions to the sales team.
- Capture every walk-in and telephone enquiry in the CRM with complete contact details and source, then pass leads to sales.
Appointments and Administration
- Manage the showroom appointment and test drive diary, confirm bookings, and issue customer reminders.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor arrangements, hospitality, and customer attendance at events and activations.
- Manage mail and courier shipments, maintain records, and keep stationery, pantry, and reception supplies available.
