Role Purpose
Oversee day-to-day store operations, sales targets, customer service, team leadership, store presentation, inventory, and process compliance.
Drive business success through effective leadership, operational excellence, and a positive customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to achieve customer service and performance targets.
- Create a welcoming shopping experience and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Drive sales through merchandising, team motivation, and promotional strategies.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
- Oversee cash handling, stock control, visual merchandising, and company policy compliance.
- Monitor inventory, process deliveries, minimize shrinkage, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Meet sales targets and manage labor costs, stock loss, and other operating expenses.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Provide regular reports on store performance and staff issues.
Requirements
- Ability to lead, develop, and manage a store team.
- Ability to oversee retail operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and compliance.
