Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute online merchandising strategies to support business goals and seasonal campaigns.
- Plan product assortment and category placement to maximize conversion and revenue.
- Collaborate with buying and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels for online channels.
- Conduct ongoing discovery to identify emerging trends, new product opportunities, and whitespace in the assortment.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across product pages, bundles, and recommendations to increase average order value.
- Own product taxonomy and SEO structuring to improve discoverability and organic search performance.
- Manage homepage, category pages, product display pages (PDPs), and promotional banners to ensure a compelling and intuitive customer experience.
- Work with design and content teams to ensure accurate and engaging creatives and product content.
