Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of last-mile delivery personnel.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure a high level of performance.
- Efficiently plan delivery routes to optimize time and resources.
- Monitor and adjust routes as needed to accommodate changes or challenges.
- Oversee the last-mile delivery process to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Address and resolve any delivery-related issues or delays.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the delivery process.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to last-mile delivery.
- Implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure delivery vehicles are in optimal condition.
- Schedule routine maintenance and inspections.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in last-mile delivery operations, with a proven track record.
- Additional certification in Logistics Management or a relevant field is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery processes, route optimization, logistics management and knowledge about Saudi geographic.
- Team management skills with the ability to provide guidance and support.
- Effective communication skills to address and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Familiarity with delivery tracking systems and technology to enhance delivery efficiency.
