Role Overview
CoolBaby Toys is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Shipping Operations Assistant to support daily shipping activities.
The role covers shipment preparation, carrier coordination, documentation, tracking, and communication across warehouse, logistics, customer service, and other teams.
Shipping Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, labels, delivery instructions, and other required records.
- Verify shipment details, including products, quantities, destinations, delivery requirements, and carrier arrangements, before dispatch.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with warehouses, carriers, freight providers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Book shipments, monitor status, track deliveries, follow up on delays, and provide stakeholder updates.
- Assist with discrepancies, damaged or missing goods, failed deliveries, returns, and documentation issues.
- Maintain shipment and order records, support reports, identify recurring issues, and follow established procedures.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- Basic understanding of shipping, transportation, logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes is required.
